Automation Risk
This role contains a high proportion of routine, codifiable tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling, which are increasingly automatable with RPA and AI tools. However, tasks involving interpersonal communication, discretion, and judgment remain less susceptible to automation, keeping some human-centric elements. The exposure to AI augmentation is significant, especially for communication and scheduling, but not total.
Task analysis
- Perform data entry of office records and transactions into digital systems.
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information or directing queries.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
