Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a high proportion of routine and codifiable administrative tasks, such as recordkeeping and data entry, which are increasingly automatable with modern HRMS and RPA tools. However, tasks involving interpersonal communication, judgment, and support for complex or sensitive HR issues remain less susceptible to full automation. AI tools can augment many reporting, query, and onboarding activities, resulting in high overall AI exposure.
Task analysis
- Process and maintain personnel documentation, including recruitment, training, and leave records.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
- Answer employee and applicant questions regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding and new employee orientations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs.
