Job Description

Working with Crema Limited within our Starbucks brand is about so much more than just serving coffee as our recipe for success is passion for our customers, product and community as well as for our team members. Crema Limited is a fast growing Starbucks franchise, with our first Drive Thru opened in 2022 and plenty more exciting opportunities on the horizon. We are looking to add to our team of Baristas and we are specifically offering a 20 hour part-time contract. The role will cover all workdays, including the busy weekends, so flexibility on availability is key. As a Barista you create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing great quality beverages and products, served quickly with world class customer service in a clean and comfortable store environment. Knowledge and passion about coffee is key, and whilst specific Barista experience would be an advantage, it is not critical to the role. Experience within a busy hospitality environment, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced industry and being able to handle pressure well is also favourable.
