Job Description

Café 360 is looking for a friendly and confident Barista to join our team. Café 360 is a vibrant café and social hub where great coffee, good food and a welcoming atmosphere are at the heart of what we do. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in making excellent coffee and delivering great customer service. The role includes preparing and serving coffee and drinks, maintaining coffee quality and presentation, supporting the front of house team during busy service periods and helping keep the café clean, organised and welcoming for customers. The position is full-time (approximately 35-40 hours per week including weekends) with competitive pay depending on experience. Barista experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate who has a positive attitude, reliability and a passion for coffee.
