Automation Risk

Automation probabilityi48%
AI exposure (AIOE)i67%

This role features a mix of routine (record-keeping, compliance checks), augmented (client communication, reporting), and human-centric (mentoring, process improvement) tasks. While many administrative processes can be streamlined or partially automated with current technology, the need for judgment, client relationship management, and team support keeps the automation risk moderate. However, exposure to AI augmentation is high due to the prevalence of documentation, reporting, and communication tasks that GenAI tools can support.
