Job Description

Prospero Group is recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support our Helpdesk with incoming calls and emails. Key responsibilities include, creating, tracking, updating and closure of work orders, proactively monitoring open jobs to ensure reactive work orders are actioned within agreed timescales, collating engineers job reports and information for individual work orders, including sorting, scanning and uploading in preparation for invoicing. Key accountabilities include, coordinating site visits to minimise disruption to clients ensuring all advance access permissions have been sought and agreed, progressing job quotes and orders in support of the business, participating in client meetings either in person or via Teams/telephone. Previous experience in a busy customer facing environment would be advantageous along with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
