Many core tasks, such as quoting, documentation, and compliance checks, are routine or can be significantly augmented by AI and automation platforms, raising the automation risk to a medium-high level. However, relationship-building, nuanced advice, and brand representation require human skills, keeping the risk below the highest tier. The AI exposure score is high due to the prevalence of text, data, and workflow tasks that GenAI tools can assist or substitute.
