Automation Risk

This role contains a mix of routine (audio/word processing), augmented (scheduling, compliance monitoring, drafting correspondence), and human (liaison, training, process improvement) tasks. While AI and automation tools can handle much of the routine and some augmented work, the need for empathy, judgment, and real-time coordination keeps full automation risk moderate. However, exposure to AI augmentation is high due to the administrative and communication-heavy nature of the work.
