This role contains a mix of routine administrative tasks (e.g., record-keeping, scheduling, responding to standard queries) that are highly automatable, and augmented tasks (compliance checks, report drafting) where AI tools can assist. However, human judgment, stakeholder management, and process improvement responsibilities reduce full automation risk. Overall, the role is moderately exposed to AI augmentation, especially for documentation and compliance tracking.
