Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a high proportion of routine and codifiable tasks such as account processing, transaction handling, and report generation, which are highly susceptible to automation through RPA and workflow software. However, tasks involving stakeholder relationship management and complex query resolution require human judgment and interpersonal skills, moderating full automation risk. The overall exposure to AI augmentation is high, as many tasks can be supported or partially replaced by GenAI and workflow automation tools.
Task analysis
- Process account openings and closures, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Process cash transfers between third parties and the company as per customer requests.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve third party and customer queries related to investments.
- Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including regular communication and updates.
- Support other team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all data entry and transaction processing.
- Prepare reports summarizing daily transactions and account activity.
- Monitor and track the status of customer portfolios and transactions.
