Job Description
Automation Risk
This role involves a blend of routine (record-keeping, statutory filings) and augmented tasks (transaction management, compliance checks) where AI and workflow tools can assist, but significant human oversight is required. High-value client interaction, judgment, and relationship management remain resistant to automation, but the increasing digitization of trust administration exposes much of the workflow to AI augmentation.

- Review accounts, monitor investments, and manage banking and brokering activities for client structures.
- Ensure robust corporate governance and accurate record-keeping, including preparing board minutes and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal policies.
- Prioritise workload and maintain data accuracy across client files and records.
- Manage credit facilities and oversee due diligence on new and existing clients.
