Job Description

Our client seeks a Commercial Administrator to join their team. This is a trainee position as the company is eager to develop an individual with solid administrative experience and train them on the commercial processes internally. Key Responsibilities: Processing and managing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency. Coordinating shipping and logistics activities across global operations. Preparing export and international shipping documentation. Providing high-quality customer service and support to international clients. Assisting with general office and commercial administration tasks. Supporting colleagues across various departments and projects. Maintaining accurate records and documentation systems. Key Skills & Experience:Customer-focused approach with professional communication skills. Previous administrative or customer service experience. Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and develop. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Professional approach to challenging and rewarding work. Experience with sales order processing or logistics coordination would be desirable.
