Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Ante Mortem (AM) Inspection, Animal Welfare and Animal Identification, Post Mortem (PM) Inspection, Specified Risk Material (SRM) & Animal By Products (ABP), Health and Identification marking, Food Standards Agency Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Verification and Enforcement data, Food Chain Information and Collection and Communication of Inspection Results. Skills and experience required - MHI experience of working with all red meat slaughter lines is desirable, A qualified Meat hygiene inspector with a veterinary degree, Have your own Right to Work, hold a full UK driving licence or equivalent.
