This role involves a mix of routine (documentation, onboarding), augmented (planning, compliance, reporting), and human-centric (stakeholder liaison, welfare support) tasks. While many administrative and reporting functions are exposed to automation and AI augmentation, the need for real-time judgment, regulatory interpretation, and crew welfare support keeps overall automation risk moderate. The role is highly exposed to AI tools for data, reporting, and compliance tracking, but core relationship and decision-making elements resist full automation.
