This role contains a mix of routine (payment processing, record-keeping), augmented (scheduling, handling enquiries), and human-centric (greeting guests, upselling) tasks. While many administrative and transactional elements can be automated or assisted by AI, the need for in-person hospitality and persuasive communication keeps full automation risk moderate. AI exposure is relatively high, as many tasks can be supported by digital tools, but core guest-facing duties remain human-led.
