Job Description

Our client seeks an Account Management Administrator to join their team for an 18 month contract. You will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks within the customer billing department. Key Responsibilities: Processing customer direct debit instructions, amendments and rejected payments. Ensure that notifications regarding annual reassessments are correct and dispatched daily. Support customers with enquiries related to multiple services. Process regular customer payments, and other payment related processes. Effectively handle customer enquiries over the phone and via email. Perform credit control functions along with setting up and monitoring customer payment plans. Help with general office support functions when required. Key Skills & Experience: Strong team player. Numerate and methodical with outstanding attention to detail and 'right first time' mind-set. Collaborative working and knowledge sharing across all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel). Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a customer facing environment and deal with the public in a professional and business-like manner. Experience of Navision Billing and customer accounts is preferred but full training will be provided. Ability to demonstrate excellent Customer Services and Administration skills.
