Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine tasks (payroll, recordkeeping) that are highly automatable, and augmented tasks (query management, compliance reporting) where AI tools can assist but not fully replace humans. - Administer payroll, tax, social security, pensions, and benefits in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies via employee self-service portals.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks by preparing documentation and reports related to HR operations.
- Implement People and Culture projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within a specific country.
- Identify opportunities for automation within data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Consult with business stakeholders to advise on HR operations, policy interpretation, and best practices.
- Conduct research (e.g., data collection, surveys) to identify root causes of operational issues.
