AI tools can augment ID verification and order-taking, but the hospitality experience remains largely human-driven.
Task analysis
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons at the bar or through waitstaff.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check identification to verify customers meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
- Collect payment for drinks and balance cash receipts at the end of shift.
