Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine (documentation, record management) and augmented (sales analytics, CRM-supported outreach) tasks, with several core responsibilities (negotiation, coaching, customer persuasion) requiring human judgment and interpersonal skills. While automation and AI can streamline many processes, the need for real-world relationship-building and adaptive communication keeps full automation risk moderate. - Drive vehicle sales and profitability by managing financial services and insurance product sales.
- Deliver effective sales presentations of F&I (Finance & Insurance) products to all customers.

- Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance documentation to meet legal standards.
- Maintain ongoing customer contact for repeat business.
- Manage all finance payments and dealership records efficiently.
- Attend sales meetings and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Coach and support Sales Executives to improve sales techniques and compliance.
