Job Description

Our client seeks an Account Manager to join their team. Profile: This is a key role acting as the primary point of contact for Advisers and the Sales teams, providing support on new business applications, product guidance, and relationship management. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth onboarding processes and delivering exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Team and Advisers with new business applications to meet service standards. Provide sales administration support to Sales and regional offices. Support product training for Advisers and other staff. Act as a conduit between Advisers, their operations teams, and the New Business Team to resolve issues. Serve as a subject matter expert on products open to new business. Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide feedback on product features and developments. Support networking and marketing events both locally and off-island. Monitor sales activity and produce management information. Key Skills & Experience: Working knowledge of new business and operational processes for International Investment/Life Insurance products. Solid understanding of International Investment/Life Insurance products. Experience in dealing effectively with product distributors. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Knowledge of UK Trust and Estate Planning structures would be advantageous.
