Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine (sales administration), augmented (reporting, onboarding, training), and human-centric (relationship management, product expertise, event support) tasks. While administrative and reporting elements are increasingly automatable, the core responsibilities involving stakeholder interaction, product guidance, and cross-team collaboration resist full automation. AI tools can augment many tasks, but the need for nuanced judgment and trust-building keeps overall automation risk moderate.
Task analysis
- Act as the primary point of contact for Advisers and Sales teams, providing product guidance and resolving issues.
- Assist Sales Team and Advisers with new business applications to ensure service standards are met.
- Provide sales administration support to Sales and regional offices.
- Support product training for Advisers and other staff.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to provide feedback on product features and developments.
- Support networking and marketing events both locally and off-island.
- Monitor sales activity and produce management information reports.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on products open to new business.
