Automation Risk
While some routine administrative and follow-up tasks can be automated or augmented with CRM and document management tools, the core of this role relies on human skills such as relationship-building, negotiation, and in-person sales. AI can support target tracking and customer insights, but direct client engagement and satisfaction require nuanced judgment and interpersonal ability.
Task analysis
- Follow up with loyal and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive further transactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Seek out and approach new clients, arranging meetings to understand and address their needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance products.
- Return correspondence from customers and ensure all paperwork is completed diligently.
- Maximise sales opportunities while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Utilise Kerridge/ADP DMS system for managing sales and customer data.
- Communicate clearly with customers by phone and in person to explain product features and close sales.
