Job Description

Our client is seeking a Temp Operations Assistant for a 12-month contract, starting approximately on 6th April 2026. This role is based in the Isle of Man, and the successful candidate will work as part of a small team, managing a variety of tasks including document management, reception duties, and supporting operational areas of the business. The role involves being the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring that a high standard of service is maintained in all interactions. This position also includes answering general incoming calls professionally and performing administrative duties to assist with regulatory compliance.
