Job Description
Automation Risk
This role features a mix of routine administrative tasks (company formation, onboarding) that are highly exposed to automation, and augmented tasks (report writing, compliance monitoring) where AI tools can assist. However, relationship management and quality assurance remain human-centric, lowering overall automation risk but increasing AI exposure for routine and documentation tasks.
Task analysis
- Establish new companies and ensure all documentation is correctly prepared and filed.
- Maintain ongoing administration of client companies, including records management and compliance monitoring.
- Support senior staff with client portfolio management and administrative tasks.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ensure high standards of service and attention to detail in all administrative functions.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve administrative issues.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and companies, including initial data collection and compliance checks.
