Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine tasks (record-keeping, deadline tracking, onboarding documentation) that are highly automatable, and augmented tasks (contract review, compliance checks) where AI tools can assist but not fully replace human judgment. Human communication and negotiation with internal teams remains resistant to automation, but overall, the role is moderately exposed to both automation and GenAI augmentation.
Task analysis
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate contract records and tracking systems.
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams including sales, legal, and finance to coordinate onboarding and contract processes.
- Support contract reviews, negotiations, and audit activities.
- Produce reports and summaries for management on contract status and compliance.
- Ensure contract documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
- Organize and update onboarding documentation for new clients or vendors.
