Automation Risk
This role blends routine (record maintenance), augmented (reporting, compliance), and human-centric (client interaction, problem-solving) tasks. While AI and automation can streamline reporting, compliance, and onboarding, core relationship management and complex judgment remain resistant to full automation. The role is moderately exposed to AI augmentation, especially in documentation and compliance, but overall automation risk is limited by the need for interpersonal skills and trust.
Task analysis
- Serve as primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs.
- Coordinate with Directors, Partners, and internal departments to deliver seamless client service.
- Oversee trust administration processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and review financial and activity reports for client structures.
- Liaise with third parties such as lawyers, accountants, and investment managers on behalf of clients.
- Identify and resolve client issues or escalate to senior management as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and document management systems.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including due diligence and KYC processes.
