Job Description

Our client is seeking an Investment Administrator to support the investment and back-office teams in managing client portfolios and alternative investments. The role includes maintaining investment data and databases, preparing documentation for investments and divestments, tracking forms with clients and custodians, and coordinating capital calls and cash distributions. You will assist with portfolio reporting, respond to fund inquiries, provide administrative support and ensure accurate capture of transactions in client accounts. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple investment-related tasks while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
