Job Description
Automation Risk
This role has a high proportion of routine and codifiable tasks (e.g., payroll, reconciliations, VAT returns) that are increasingly automated by modern accounting and payroll software. However, client relationship management and nuanced compliance oversight still require human judgment and interpersonal skills. GenAI and automation tools can augment most tasks, but full substitution is limited by the need for oversight and client interaction.
