This role contains a high proportion of routine and semi-structured tasks (e.g., data entry, inventory, record-keeping) that are increasingly automatable with pharmacy management systems and AI. However, direct customer interaction, empathy, and teamwork remain resistant to full automation, keeping some elements human-centric. The overall exposure to AI augmentation is high, especially for information and process-driven tasks.
