Job Description
Automation Risk
This role combines routine processing and reporting tasks, which are increasingly automatable, with stakeholder negotiation and process improvement, which require human judgment and creativity. Many tasks can be augmented by AI tools, especially in reporting, compliance monitoring, and case management, but core relationship management and strategic change activities remain resistant to full automation.
Task analysis
- Process and review day-to-day credit operations for Private Bank Wealth Management clients.
- Prepare and deliver regular credit risk and operational reports to management and stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues related to credit transactions and client accounts.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and drive business process improvements.
- Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal credit risk controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements and support change initiatives within credit operations.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates on credit processes.
