Job Description

Required skills and experience: 2-3 years’ office experience, ideally in pensions, finance or banking. Educated to A-level or ability to demonstrate equivalent capability. Excellent communication and personal skills with a strong customer service ethic. Understanding of investments and/or financial transactions or ability to demonstrate strong numeracy skills. Proficient in a range of Microsoft applications (or equivalent). Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines (once full training given). Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills. Understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) would be an advantage.
