Job Description
Automation Risk
This role involves a high proportion of routine and codifiable tasks, such as transaction processing, record-keeping, and compliance checks, which are increasingly automated by specialized software. However, tasks requiring nuanced regulatory interpretation and client relationship management still require human skills. Task analysis
- Process and record pension transactions, including contributions, transfers, and payments.
- Communicate with clients to answer queries and provide updates on pension accounts.
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance documentation related to pension administration.
- Verify client identity and perform due diligence checks in line with AML and CDD requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all pension transactions and communications.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes.
- Interpret and apply pension scheme rules and relevant regulations to client cases.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, building trust and rapport with clients.
