Job Description
Automation Risk
This role involves a high proportion of routine, codifiable tasks such as statutory filings, invoicing, and record-keeping, which are increasingly automatable with modern software and RPA tools. However, elements requiring nuanced client communication, judgment, and regulatory interpretation remain less susceptible to full automation. GenAI tools can augment many administrative and communication tasks, resulting in high AI exposure.
Task analysis
- Maintain statutory filings and ensure all statutory books are up to date for client entities.
- Send out and settle invoices, monitor debtors, and record all time on Iris system.
- Respond to all client emails within 24 hours and keep all systems updated with client communications.
- Support senior team members and keep managers, directors, and trustees updated on relevant client matters.
- Complete ad-hoc projects delegated by management within specified timescales.
- Ensure compliance with Financial Services Rule Book, AML/CFT/ABC, and Data Protection regulations.
- Undertake necessary training and maintain CPD records.
- Record and update all entity information and activities in the relevant systems.
