Automation Risk

- Strategically plan and execute CRM campaigns across sportsbook and casino brands, aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and optimize player journeys using advanced segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI, automation, and machine learning within CRM operations.
- Coordinate operational, creative, and data requirements to ensure seamless campaign delivery and high-quality assets.
- Maintain clear visibility for stakeholders on current and upcoming campaigns, proactively troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
- Implement and refine AB and other testing strategies to maximize player engagement and ROI.
- Partner with BI/Insights to analyze campaign performance and present monthly KPI overviews.
- Champion the evolution of CRM tools and internal processes, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with Loyalty, Promotions, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive monthly campaign planning and execution.
