Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their Commercial Team on the Isle of Man. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director and offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic media environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding the client base. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the media landscape. The post holder will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while maintaining profitability, as well as enhancing the commercial and reputational profile across the island's community. This includes leading local commercial efforts across print, digital, and event platforms.
