Job Description

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Lawyer to join their legal practice supporting international clients. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and providing practical legal advice across a range of business matters. There will be particular exposure to technology, digital services and e-gaming related work where relevant to the client base. This position would suit a lawyer who is comfortable working independently, managing a varied workload and taking ownership of matters through to completion. Key responsibilities: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including software licenses, services agreements and confidentiality agreements, Supporting ongoing commercial negotiations and contract management, Advising clients on general business and contract law matters, Providing legal input across multiple client projects, Assisting senior legal staff where required, Managing matters efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Skills and experience: Qualified solicitor or advocate holding a current practicing certificate in the United Kingdom, South Africa or the Isle of Man, Ideally 3+ year & post-qualification experience in private practice or in-house roles (not strictly mandatory but likely relevant)Experience in technology, e-gaming, software, or commercial contracting is advantageous, Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail, Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously If you have the required skills please apply online at searchandselect.com quoting reference number: 16379
