While some routine tasks like payment processing and cleaning can be automated or augmented with technology, the core responsibilities—guest interaction, staff supervision, and problem resolution—require human presence, empathy, and judgment. AI tools can assist with operations and training, but the role’s social and leadership demands limit full automation.
