Automation Risk
This role features a mix of routine (monitoring, basic analysis), augmented (design, troubleshooting, documentation), and human-centric (coordination, stakeholder management) tasks. While network monitoring and documentation are increasingly automated, complex problem solving, integration, and cross-team leadership resist full automation. AI tools will heavily augment, but not fully replace, the engineer's expertise in the next decade.

- Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure reliable voice services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice service incidents across multiple network generations.
