Job Description

Our client is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to support and implement communication and collaboration solutions, including Mitel, SIP/VoIP systems, Cloud Voice, and Microsoft Teams connectivity. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support unified communication solutions for enterprise clients. Provide technical expertise and assist with design, delivery, and ongoing support. Work closely with consultants to ensure successful project outcomes. Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards. Requirements: Experience with SIP, VoIP, and telecommunications systems. Knowledge of Mitel, Microsoft voice products, or similar technologies. Relevant certifications desirable. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills. Previous experience in a similar technical role preferred.
