Automation Risk
Many paralegal tasks are routine or can be augmented by AI, such as document management, legal research, and drafting. However, tasks requiring nuanced communication, judgment, and client interaction remain resistant to full automation. The role is highly exposed to AI augmentation, especially in research and document preparation, but still requires human oversight and interpersonal skills.
