Automation Risk

Task analysis
- Process and input new business applications for life assurance products, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Verify customer identity and conduct AML checks as part of onboarding.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding new business processes and product details.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and compliance checks.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve application issues or escalate complex cases.
- Monitor progress of applications and follow up with customers or intermediaries for outstanding information.
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and company standards, including accurate completion of compliance checklists.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer service team.
