Job Description
Automation Risk
This role features a mix of routine (reporting, documentation), augmented (onboarding, compliance, prospecting), and human-centric (relationship management) tasks. While many administrative and reporting functions are increasingly automated or AI-augmented, the core client relationship and nuanced communication aspects remain resistant to full automation. Overall, the role is moderately exposed to automation and highly exposed to AI augmentation, especially for process and information tasks.
Task analysis
- Support onboarding of new business clients for international investment/life insurance products.
- Provide product guidance and answer client queries regarding investment/life insurance offerings.
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing client relationships to ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Prepare and deliver reports or updates on client accounts and service performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies during client onboarding and account management.
- Document and update client interactions and account information in CRM systems.
