Automation Risk
This role has a moderate automation risk due to a mix of routine (record-keeping), augmented (reporting, compliance), and human-centric (client management, problem-solving) tasks. Task analysis
- Manage and develop relationships with trust clients, acting as main point of contact.
- Oversee and execute day-to-day trust administration including payments, distributions, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies for all trust activities.
- Prepare and review reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients and assets.
- Maintain accurate records of all trust transactions and correspondence.
