Many routine tasks, such as payment processing and cleaning, are increasingly automatable with POS systems and cleaning robots. However, the role still requires significant human interaction, empathy, and teamwork, which are less susceptible to full automation. AI tools can augment order-taking and special requests, but the overall customer experience relies on human presence.
