Automation Risk

Automation probabilityi28%
AI exposure (AIOE)i68%

While some routine and document-heavy aspects of litigation lawyering can be automated or augmented by AI (e.g., legal research, document drafting, case management), core functions like advocacy, negotiation, and client interaction require human judgment, presence, and communication skills. As a result, overall automation risk is low, but AI exposure is high due to the significant augmentation potential in research and drafting tasks.
