Automation Risk

Automation probabilityi22%
AI exposure (AIOE)i54%

This Advocate role has a low risk of full automation due to its reliance on human judgment, advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship-building. However, many tasks such as legal research, document drafting, and reporting are increasingly augmented by AI tools, raising the AI exposure score. The most critical aspects—court representation, negotiation, and strategy—remain resistant to automation.
