Job Description

Age Concern Isle of Man are looking for a compassionate and proactive Wellbeing Coordinator to support older people across our community. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference everyday by helping individuals maintain independence, confidence, and social connection: Within the role you will: - Provide support to older adults, helping them across services, activities and practical assistance. Work closely with partner organisations to coordinate and deliver community-based activities that reduce loneliness and build confidence, whilst monitoring volumes of usage of older people using the centre. Ensure a high standard of care and safeguarding. About you - we are looking for someone who is: - Empathetic, patient and an excellent communicator. Confident working independently and part of a supportive team. Experience in a care or community-support environment (paid or voluntary). Organised, reliable and able to manage a varied caseload.
