Job Description
Automation Risk
While some routine documentation and monitoring tasks can be automated or augmented by digital tools, the core of this role involves direct, empathetic support and real-time response to residents’ needs, which are not easily automated. AI can assist with reporting and communication, but the need for human presence, trust, and judgment keeps overall automation risk low to medium.
