While some administrative and diagnostic support tasks can be augmented or partially automated with AI and dental software, the core clinical procedures and patient interactions require advanced manual skills, empathy, and real-time judgment. As a result, overall automation risk is low, but exposure to AI augmentation is moderate due to the increasing use of digital tools in dental practices.
