Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine (e.g., finance processing, audit documentation), augmented (e.g., data analysis, report writing, workflow improvement), and human-centric (collaboration, stakeholder engagement) tasks. Task analysis
- Support the development and rollout of a new registry system by gathering requirements, testing features, and coordinating user feedback.
- Analyze operational and registry data to inform management decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Enhance and streamline existing digital tools and workflows to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Assist with internal audits by compiling documentation, tracking actions, and supporting compliance checks.
- Prepare reports and communications for management and stakeholders regarding system changes and project progress.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager and wider team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
- Provide user support and training for new and existing digital systems within the registry.
- Assist with finance-related tasks such as invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Document procedures and maintain up-to-date manuals for business systems and processes.
