This Business Analyst role involves a mix of routine, augmented, and human-centric tasks. Many aspects—such as data analysis, report writing, and compliance checking—are increasingly supported or replaced by AI and automation tools, raising the AI exposure score. However, tasks requiring stakeholder engagement, change management, and workshop facilitation remain resistant to full automation, moderating the overall automation risk.

Task analysis

  • Gather and organize information on business problems and procedures through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Document findings and prepare reports or recommendations for management.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Design and map new business processes, systems, or procedures.
  • Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures during process redesign.
