While some routine documentation and compliance tasks can be automated or augmented by AI, the majority of this role involves direct patient care, leadership, and complex decision-making that require human presence and judgment. AI tools can assist with communication, scheduling, and clinical alerts, but the core responsibilities are resistant to full automation. The role has moderate AI exposure due to the increasing use of digital health tools, but overall automation risk remains low.
